My 'why' is to Care and serve others so that tehy feel loved and supported to fulfill their potential to positively change the world. I graduated from The Lutheran Theological Seminary of Philadelphia in 2016 with a MA in Public Theology. I love the variety of ways I get to interact with our youth here a AELC, teaching Confirmation class on Sundays, running Interwoven, organizing Mission Trips, and other youth events and service projects. I also chair our Social Justice and Health Committee, serving and working with individuals that head ministries such as Family Promise, Opportunity House, and Fair Trade sales.

Vee, comes to AELC by way of the Hmong Congregation, that we share space with. She has participated with us in a variety of Big mission events throughout the last few years. Her passion to serve the children of the Hmong congregation and walk with them to grow their faith led her to take classes for Early CHildhood development, and led her to AELC's Director of Children and Family Ministries. We are excited to have her on board and join with us in fulfilling our mission to invite all to "Come, to know the Love of GOd: Go, to make it known."

Bill shares his love of music with us every week. He uses current Christian music to uplift the focus of our worship every week. The praise team continues to change as in the last year we have added more vocal musicians and a drummer.
